This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and executed between:
Stado International, represented by managing management authority (hereinafter referred to as “Stado”)
AND
Facility Partner, ____________________, on behalf of ____________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Facility Partner”)
Both parties agree to collaborate for conducting martial arts, fitness, sports, wellness, and related programs at the Facility Partner’s premises under Stado International.
The purpose of this MOU is to establish a structured collaboration where the Facility Partner provides space and infrastructure, and Stado International operates training programs, events, and student development activities.
Stado International shall conduct martial arts training programs, fitness and sports coaching, belt examinations and grading, specialized camps, workshops, internal championships, and custom student development programs. All such activities shall be conducted only within the Facility Partner’s approved premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Facility Partner agrees to provide continuous access, safety, system handling for processing admissions, and monitor the branch social media and communication platforms seamlessly.
Stado International shall manage all trainer deployments, training curricula, grading sequences, and maintain a strict ratio of 1 instructor for every 50 students.
The Facility Partner receives a 20% share of operational revenues (monthly fees, admission, uniform, and grading fees) generated inside the premises, distributed on the final day of every calendar month.
Valid until terminated by operational deadlock, terms breach, or if any event falls short of a minimum of 10 students.
